Feeding: The components of the syringe, including the plunger, stopper, needle, and barrel, are fed into the line from storage bins.

Assembly: The components are assembled together into a finished syringe. This process typically involves three steps:

Assembling the plunger with the rubber stopper

Assembling the barrel with the needle

Assembling the plunger with the stopper and the barrel with the needle

Inspection: The assembled syringes are inspected for quality. This includes checking for leaks, damage, and proper assembly.

Packaging: The inspected syringes are packaged for shipping.
